What are “Users” and “Active Clients”?
USER: Anyone who works at your practice. This could be a provider, office manager or a student.
ACTIVE CLIENT: Someone who is currently receiving care. After their care is complete they can easily be archived. Their records are always available but they won’t count against your “active client” total.

Can I Change Plans?
Sure. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan anytime. There are no ridiculous change fees and your changes take place instantly.

Nope. You pay month-to-month. If you cancel, you simply won’t be billed again.
